Who processes your data

The data controller is Radoš Petrović, IČO 06768997, registered at Světova 523/1, 180 00 Praha 8, Česká republika. Registered in the Czech Trade Licensing Register. Contact: rados@purr.cz.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer — the scale of our processing does not require one.

What we collect

We only process what you send us through the contact form, plus a few technical details that necessarily come with submitting it:

• Name and e-mail — so we can reply.
• Company and approximate budget — optional, they help us assess the inquiry.
• Message — whatever you choose to write.
• IP address and browser details — stored to protect the form against abuse and spam.

We do not process special categories of personal data, and you should not send any through the form.

Why, and on what legal basis

We process the form data to answer your inquiry and, where relevant, to agree on working together. The legal basis is steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for the technical details our legitimate interest in securing the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use the data for marketing and never pass it on for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months of the last exchange. If a project does start, retention follows the contract and statutory periods, in particular accounting and tax rules.

Who else sees it

We never sell your data. It is shared only with the processors that run the site and deliver our mail:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and the inquiry database (EU data centre).
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — delivery of the inquiry e-mail (eu-central-1, Frankfurt).

Both process the data within the EU. Should a transfer outside the EU occur in a specific case, it takes place under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Nothing requiring consent is stored in your browser and we do not track your behaviour — which is why there is no cookie banner.

Your rights

In relation to your data you have the right to:

• know what we process about you and obtain a copy,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have data erased once there is no reason to keep it,
• restrict processing or object to it,
• receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability).

Just write to rados@purr.cz. We reply within one month at the latest.
